No Show Policy: 2.1 A "no show" occurs when you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice or canceling. 2.2 In the event of a no show, the full treatment value will be charged, and any deposits made will be forfeited. 2.3 We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and extreme situations will be taken into consideration. Please contact us if you encounter such circumstances.

Cancellation Fees: 3.1 If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment value will be charged. This fee compensates for the loss of income due to the inability to fill the booking spot on short notice. 3.2 The cancellation fee will be deducted from any deposits made, and if necessary, additional payment may be required.
